I’m John Strickland, owner of Strickland Property Inspections LLC. I’m a licensed and certified residential and commercial inspector who believes in giving my clients the best experience possible. I have over 40 years experience in the construction industry, as an electrician, and seeing all aspects of new/remodeled construction job sites. I am born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Outside of work my passions are spending time with family & friends, Active Shriner, community service, the occasional hunting & fishing trips and playing the drums.
